Smoke-cooking is a healthy way to infuse flavor without the use of fats, salts or oils and that means no added calories either! Our smoker allows you to hot-smoke food, a process that retains moisture and natural cooking flavors so foods don't dry out or get tough.
The smoker oven consists of the following elements:
the oven/roaster
a sliding lid
a rack
a drip tray
wood chips
The smoker oven is suitable for the following heat sources: GAS, ELECTRIC, CERAMIC, CERAMIC HALOGEN AND INDUCTION, or OPEN FIRE like BARBECUE for example
Dishwasher safe
Place wood chips in a small pile in the centre of the base, insert drip pan, place rack and arrange food items on top and slide the lid closed and follow heating directions.
